27 inches long, not including the 4 inch gold/yellow streamers at the wide end.  Nice deep red/burgandy/maroon color.  Good gold color.  Subtle colors on the Stand Rack Image.  Very nicely done, in excellent condition for its age.  Item will be folded loosely for shipping.
