This fun party novelty was made in Japan copyright 1965 Paula and has bold and colorful Peter Max-like designs and a simple hand-boiler that rates the "sex appeal) of anyone who gently touches the blown glass bulb.  It measures 14" tall x 4" and is housed in what appears to be the original box.  It has minor soiling and wear from party use and is ready to amuse another generation.
