You're looking at a
CHILD'S FIREFIGHTER SCOOBY DOO BILLFOLD WALLET
When closed (folded over) the dimensions are approximately a little over 4 3/4" x 3 1/4".
Inside there is room for some paper money and some smaller open pockets for little notes or identification or something like that.
Cute little billfold for that junior rescue hero/firefighter Scooby Doo fan!
I believe the material is a nylon "canvas".
It's been gently loved and is in overall good clean condition and looking for a new home.

that there may be some minor cosmetic surface scuffs from normal use and storage.
We are a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE household & all clothing is washed in allergen-free detergent. I continue to list additional items when I find the time.

Barring any crazy weather/hazardous driving situation, I ship as quickly as possible after receipt of cleared payment.

I respectfully ask you to realize that while I get your item packaged & off to the Post Office as quickly as humanly possible, I obviously do NOT have any control of how they handle it from there.  After I drop it off at the Post Office, the transit time is in the hands of the trusty Postal Service. They're generally quite efficient but do encounter some delays at times.
Postal rates keep increasing (obviously out of my control) & I carefully weigh the items prior to listing so that there are no surprises when it comes to shipping costs. I do include a very nominal charge to cover my packaging/printing materials. While I realize that you are looking for bargains, I too need to be able to cover my expenses.
