Returns and Refunds
See listing detail for returns information. Returns are only available when the product is sent back in it's original condition. This includes all tags, bags and boxes. It has to be JUST like when you opened the shipping container when you received the item.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs (most of my items ship free freight anyway!).
