Rare Set of 1970s Era Walt Disney Productions Stock Certificates
Rare set of 1970s era original Walt Disney Productions stock certificates! Set consists of two issued pieces and the extremely rare gold colored "more than 100 shares" Specimen certificate! The issued pieces in the set are the orange, less than 100 shares certificate issued on Dec. 5, 1973 to Cust & Co. and the rare teal colored 100 share certificate issued Dec. 20, 1973 to Cede & Co. The gold more than 100 share specimen is just an impossible one to find, not sure how many even exist. All have the
fantastic
vignette of Walt and Mickey Mouse, with the Disney castle in the background! All have the engraved signature of longtime Disney President E. Cardon Walker. Card Walker is an important
executive
in the history of Disney taking over as President when Roy Disney died in 1971. Among his accomplishments was the creation of the Disney television channel in 1982. He was inducted into the Disney Legends in 1993. Condition is excellent, as seen in the photos. Just an amazing set you won't find anywhere else, and this is the only set available!
