When you purchase this kit online, it comes complete with 10 pieces, and full instructions.  Just add the 12' Power Cord which has the light bulb socket and switch built in.

Be sure to pick 3 sets for a complete round light as shown in the picture, or add three sets.
For added fun and excitement be sure to add the 16 Color Changing LED Bulb with Remote Control to be able to change the colors, fade between colors automatically and turn off and on remotely.
