(Grade B and lower i.e. heavily damaged have been sold!!) And Grade A stocks are to 0 each!!). When these are gone, you will have to pay for certs similar to these, for certs with very minor imperfections such as a single pen mark, and or more for any that are blemish-free.
We define Grade B+ as stocks that are crisp and generally clean but possess one or more of the following: pen marks,
staples (occasionally a rusty one), machine stamps, moderate folds or wrinkles, minor damp staining (if stored in a humid climate) usually only one 1 edge, staple tears and/or minor edge split. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being perfect), these are in the 2.5 to 5 range.
